No Hype Hockey features two types of products:

  1. Third-party / affiliate products
  2. No Hype Gear products sold directly through our online store

Because these product types are handled differently, shipping and delivery depend on where the purchase was completed.


Third-Party / Affiliate Products

Many products featured on No Hype Hockey are recommendations that link to third-party retailers, including Amazon, cigar retailers, bourbon and whiskey retailers, sporting goods retailers, or other outside sellers.

If you purchase a product through an external link, your order is completed with that third-party retailer, not directly with No Hype Hockey.

All third-party purchases are shipped by the retailer where the purchase is made.

This includes:

  • Shipping methods
  • Shipping costs
  • Delivery timelines
  • Tracking information
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
  • Delivery errors

No Hype Hockey does not process, ship, fulfill, deliver, or provide tracking for products purchased through third-party retailers.

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, tracking details, and available shipping options will be provided by the retailer at checkout.

For any shipping-related questions or issues involving a third-party product, you must contact the retailer where the purchase was completed.


No Hype Gear Products

No Hype Gear products are items sold directly through the No Hype Hockey online store. This may include apparel, hats, drinkware, bags, blankets, stickers, candles, and other branded items.

No Hype Gear products are typically made to order through a production and fulfillment partner. This means your item may need to be produced before it ships.

Shipping costs and delivery options will be shown during checkout.


Processing and Fulfillment Times

No Hype Gear orders may require production time before shipping.

Production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, and fulfillment partner timelines.

Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier handling the package.


Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please make sure your email address and shipping address are entered correctly before completing your order.


Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to production timelines, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other issues outside of our control.

No Hype Hockey is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, the order may be delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect No Hype Gear Orders

If your No Hype Gear order is lost, arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact Form as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

No Hype Hockey reserves the right to review each issue on a case-by-case basis.
