No Hype Hockey features two types of products:

  1. Third-party / affiliate products
  2. No Hype Gear products sold directly through our online store

Because these product types are handled differently, returns and refunds depend on where the purchase was completed.


Third-Party / Affiliate Products

Many products featured on No Hype Hockey are recommendations that link to third-party retailers, including Amazon, cigar retailers, bourbon and whiskey retailers, sporting goods retailers, or other outside sellers.

If you purchase a product through an external link, your order is completed with that third-party retailer, not directly with No Hype Hockey.

All third-party purchases are subject to the policies of the retailer where the purchase is made.

This includes:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Shipping and delivery
  • Order issues
  • Product availability

No Hype Hockey does not process payments, handle shipping, manage returns, or issue refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers.

If you need assistance with a return, refund, exchange, damaged item, missing item, or delivery issue for a third-party product, you must contact the retailer where the purchase was completed.


No Hype Gear Products

No Hype Gear products are items sold directly through the No Hype Hockey online store. This may include apparel, hats, drinkware, bags, blankets, stickers, candles, and other branded items.

No Hype Gear products are typically made to order through a production and fulfillment partner. Because these items are produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review product details, sizing information, color options, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect No Hype Gear Orders

If your No Hype Gear order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact Form as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or other available remedy.

No Hype Hockey reserves the right to review each issue on a case-by-case basis.


Size, Color, and Buyer’s Remorse

Because No Hype Gear products may be made to order, we generally cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor differences in product appearance, placement, or color due to screen settings or production variation

Please check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.


Order Fulfillment and Shipping

No Hype Gear orders are fulfilled by our production partner. Shipping times, production times, and delivery estimates may vary.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order.

If there is a problem with your No Hype Gear order, please contact us through the Contact Form and we will review the issue.


Responsibility

By using this site and purchasing products through No Hype Hockey or third-party links, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Third-party purchases are completed with outside retailers.
  • Third-party returns, refunds, shipping, and product issues must be handled directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.
  • No Hype Gear products may be made to order and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing mistakes, or color preference.
